I am thankful that my Christmas tree is up and I am getting that Christmas feeling. The weather outside is frightful. My throat is getting a little scratchy. And still. Turn off all your lights except the ones on the Christmas tree. See what I mean?
The angels and Santas on the mantel keep a cheerful watch over my living room this time of year. The frozen faces of my Nativity assure me that what they are seeing is extraordinary. Can peace on earth really begin with me? Of course it can.
